This place has the best customer service! I showed up early in the morning with car trouble. They not only fixed my car, they drove my son to school for me, dropped me off at home, and picked me up with my car ready before school let out.

When we moved to Spring Hill we were dreading having to find an auto shop. But then we found Honest 1. They have already done great and honest work on 2 of our vehicles and they communicated very well throughout the process. Then I got to meet the owner, Rod, and it all made sense. He really cares about being a great local car shop for his Spring Hill neighbors. We love Spring Hill and love this shop!

Honest-1 has gained a new customer. The facility was clean and comfortable. My vehicle was ready in the time they quoted. They made sure I understood the services and prices I received before performing them.

They tried to charge me for a diagnostic that they didn't do. They took it off the bill because I told them the girl told me over the phone that the mechanic only looked around under the car. Not so honest A1.

We have been coming here since it opened. They have the best price for a quality oil change. The dealership recommended an expensive maintenance service. I asked Honest-1 what they would charge. They said that I shouldn't have it done unless I was having issues. That having it done could cause issues where there were none. Now that I honest!

This couldn't have been nicer or a more pleasant experience. You can make an appointment and when you arrive for your car's maintenance you can wait in a nice lobby with light refreshments. I will go back and recommend to all of my friends.
