My experience was great. I didn't have an appointment but you'll was able to still to service my vehicle. Thank you very much.

Took car in at appointed time. Did not have to wait long for the results. Explained what they found and gave me an estimate for the repairs. No high pressure push and left decision up to me as to what I wanted to do.

I was in Spring Hill from out of town visiting my parents. I had an excellent experience at this location. I think the best part was finding that something extra when I went to leave. Nice touch! Would highly recommend Honest-1 to anyone.

I have never been to Honest 1 before, but my car broke down less than a mile away from them, so I decided to give them a try. Excellent service. Very friendly. I didn’t have an appointment. My car wouldn’t start and was towed in right before they closed. They said it might take 2 or 3 days because they are very busy, but I got it back the very next day. I don’t know what the cost comparison is to other auto repair centers, but they seem to be comparable. Based on this experience, I will go back, and I do recommend them.

The professionals at Honest 1 Auto Care were kind and accommodating! I appreciated the fast service. They called to inform me of the need for high mileage oil and then called me again when my car was ready. They allowed me to pick up my car at my earliest convenience which happened to be the next day. They even left a snack and thank you note in my car.
