This was my first experience with Honest 1 Auto Care and I'm quite pleased. From beginning to end they listened, were transparent, and got my car repaired quickly without trying to up sale or suggest unnecessary work. The next time I need my car looked at, I'll definitely call them first.

Thought this was a decent place but had them check my heater which they clearly did not. They called said it would be over a thousand dollars for an heater core replacement on an 08 buick, um no. Took it to have a second opinion and low and behold it had a block in the line which took the mechanic less than 15 minutes to determine and they didn't even charge me to look at it seems Honest had just charged me 100. I'm not even sure anyone actually did more than turn it on and let it run for awhile.

This place has the best customer service! I showed up early in the morning with car trouble. They not only fixed my car, they drove my son to school for me, dropped me off at home, and picked me up with my car ready before school let out.

When we moved to Spring Hill we were dreading having to find an auto shop. But then we found Honest 1. They have already done great and honest work on 2 of our vehicles and they communicated very well throughout the process. Then I got to meet the owner, Rod, and it all made sense. He really cares about being a great local car shop for his Spring Hill neighbors. We love Spring Hill and love this shop!
