Got a quote for rebuilt transmission for $1800.00. Brought in to have installed. Went to pick up today and was surprised when he sai$2500.00 plus. Asked why he said it is due to putting a transmission with less miles on it. They put a junkyard transmission in and passed it off as rebuilt.I asked how many miles are on transmission but they couldn't say. You can't make up this stuff. If I didn't question them I would have never known the difference until it broke down. Now I don,t know how my miles are on this bait and switch. No where on paper work does it say used. If you use them you need to ask questions and buyer beware. Honest -1 isn't the honest 1 in this case. By the way they did give $300.00 off the $1800.00. Not good enough because I am stuck with a high mile switch. If you see a gold Ford broke down on side of road it is due to Honest 1. I am furious.
Helpful and friendly, and even though the service took longer than they anticipated, were good about communicating and apologetic. Will be back for sure. Price was quite reasonable for the work I had done on my 2016 Mazda
Great service! We were visiting and needed our car fixed on a short notice, they were able to squeeze us in. Very friendly and affordable. Very happy about my experience and even got a wonderful surprise of cookies on my dashboard when I went to pick up my car. Would highly recommend!

So made oil change appointment/ was on time & was called to pick up vehicle when work was completed..windshield washer fluid was not topped off.tire pressure light came on one day after service & oil change sensor was not reset..disappointed/ for $80 is not a good value
