Excellent service. I made an appointment for an oil change and when I arrived I asked to add a tire rotation also. Honest-1 accommodated me with no hesitation. Everything was completed in a timely manner while my wife and I waited in the waiting room with complimentary snacks and drinks. An Honest-1 representative also told me what the service would cost ahead of time and they stuck to that price. I’m very satisfied with our first visit to Honest-1.

I receive great peace of mind here. Honest 1 treats me as if I’m their only customer.

I took my car in to have a free brake inspection this morning. It turns out I didn't need new brakes but they did find a different problem, one that they advised could be covered by my warranty. I was happily surprised by their honesty. They were professional, provided superior customer service, were patient and informative, and in general were very accommodating and caring. A special shout out goes to Brianna for going above and beyond with customer service as well as Kellen and John. I definitely will be back for any auto services my vehicles may need that they provide!

The waiting area was very clean, especially the bathroom, which is important. The attention and help I received concerning my son's modified handicapped van was terrific. The cost of my full synthetic without a coupon was less than others. I felt I could trust them and that they took their time, even though they were busy. I overheard the manager at my last shop in CoolSprings ask three employees why they didn't rotate the tires after alignments and their response was because they didn't have time. They are now my former oil change place. When I asked about tires they recommended a gentleman whose company had the best deal around the Thompsons Station, Spring Hill, CoolSprings areas PLUS will come to your home to install and balance them.

1st time consumer at honest-1, here in spring hill, tn. was pleased with all aspects of the servicing - from intake, to wait time, to completion. VERY important observation - they DID NOT attempt to push me to something i may not have needed now - VERY different to others in the area. they did what was needed, didn't push for an upgrade (oil), and reset the appropriate sensors on the vehicle will i go back? bet your house on it! gary

Honest-1 Auto Care mechanics.are not knowledgeable and very inexperienced. My husband had to take his car back multiple times for thermostat gauge and still not fixed. Hopefully it doesn’t leave us stranded on the highway one day.

Had the motor in my window go out. It is common in my car and has happened before. I told them this upfront and asked how much it would cost. They told me they would look at it the. Let me know before they did work. I got a call that they were done and all they did was spray lubricant but had to take the door apart to do so. So I paid for the labor. A week later the motor gives all the way out. Now I have to pay for the labor all over again. When I get the car back, my door is not even put together right and it’s obvious. Plus they messed up my tint on my window. What should have taken a day ended up taking 3 weeks. I don’t understand how you can call and tell someone there car is ready with the door not even out back together and the tint being ruined. No attention to detail and blanket apologies.
