Had the motor in my window go out. It is common in my car and has happened before. I told them this upfront and asked how much it would cost. They told me they would look at it the. Let me know before they did work. I got a call that they were done and all they did was spray lubricant but had to take the door apart to do so. So I paid for the labor. A week later the motor gives all the way out. Now I have to pay for the labor all over again. When I get the car back, my door is not even put together right and it’s obvious. Plus they messed up my tint on my window. What should have taken a day ended up taking 3 weeks. I don’t understand how you can call and tell someone there car is ready with the door not even out back together and the tint being ruined. No attention to detail and blanket apologies.
