They may be honest but its hard to find out when they don't return phone calls or messages.

We received a flyer in the mail about the new location with coupons. Checked them out online...numerous five star reviews. Called for an appointment for the following week. Took in our 2003 Ford Taurus to have the oil changed and an inspection of the AC, since it didn't seem to be cooling properly. Used a coupon for the oil change and a free AC inspection. The AC was low on Freon, which they called to give me an update on the findings and an estimate. Approved the repairs and the AC now cools properly. The manager, John Bowen, assisted us the entire time. Upon picking up the car, he drove it to the front door for us, even left a bag of cookies on the dash, which our daughter loved. :-) This is her car to drive. The service was awesome, facility extremely clean and the waiting room open, spacious with all needed amenities...free snacks, water, TV, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, high table to work on with electrical plugs for your laptop/devices, if needed. Even a children play area/toys and a complimentary shuttle service. Also, Honest-1 provides a free roadside assistance service for any repairs/work of $25 or more for one year from the date of service! Well, two weeks later our daughter couldn't get the car started. Arrived at her location, the battery was fine. So, I remembered the roadside assistance service. Called the service through Honest-1 and arranged a flatbed wrecker for a tow to a nearby repair facility, unfortunately couldn't get it to the Honest-1. Tow service was great. You do have to provide a credit card for the tow charge $75 and an invoice is emailed to you to email it in for a reimbursement. Thus, free tow! Honest-1 will have all of my auto repair business going forward ! Trust, reliable, honest!

I felt 100 % comfortable bringing my vehicle in for service. I felt like the manager listened to what I believed was the issue and he checked it out and had me back on the road in no time. The waiting area was clean and inviting with free coffee and snacks offered while I waited. There was no hard sell about other services. That was left up to me. I will definitely be a life long customer ! I would recommend this business without hesitation to all my friends and family.

I went to have my oil changed with a coupon they were currently offering. I had a appointment and had to bring my 2 year old son with me to wait. They had a very clean toy space to occupy him as well as complimentary keurig, drinks and snacks. The facility was awesome, the employees were so friendly and went above and beyond. They walked me out to my car and there was a cookie bag and thank you note in the passenger seat. There warranty is fantastic on all repairs as well. Will definitely be a return customer.

Took extra month to get the parts for my truck. They kept saying they would call and never did. Bad communication. Told me a set price then the dude tried to jack it up $300. Won't be back.

Very nice people. Even left a pkg of cookies in my car thanking me!

Had to make an appointment for an oil change a week ahead. Took my car in at appointment time. They asked if I was waiting. I told them I would come back in an hour. I came back 2 hours later, my car had not moved. Why did I make an appointment? Plus it was only an oil change. Not good.
