I've been really pleased with Honest 1 and it's level of service. Been using them since the hop opened. Really nice service, repairs are uploaded to CarMax. Also, they retain their workers, which means they have a good work culture. I think treating people well inside enhances the care the provide outside.

Could not mount and balance my tires, but did offer some suggestions of where I could go to get it done.

Wonderful experience from the service desk to the maintenance bays. Great service, knowledgeable mechanics and received my vehicle back early!

Very friendly staff. Had my oil changed and safety inspection completed. After service completed. I then get an email advising me of an issue they found during the safety inspection that needed attention. Why was this issue not mentioned to me while I was at the shop and an estimate for repair given to me at the time? I would have chosen to have the item Repaired while I was there but was not even given the option. Now I must try to make another appt. Very inconvenient.

Folks there were welcoming and addressed my car problem professionally and fairly. I definitely will be back when the need arises.

I want to thank Mr Brian and his mechanics for taking there time. Making sure that I left with peace of mind. You guys are the bomb. Thank you so much. God bless to everyone at the shop.
