Been going to Honest 1 for 4 years now and I can’t think of a better place to have my cars serviced. Beyond friendly staff (Hi Michelle) that never fail to greet me by name and with a smile. Communication about your cars needs are honest and transparent- no up sales tactics, just what you need and in the case of my last visit - a primer for pricey mileage based upcoming maintenance. I can’t recommend them high enough. If you’re looking for a good place for an oil change and all around great auto shop- give them a call. I’ve no doubt you’ll be a happy customer and return time and again.

I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic. Turned out to be just bad headlight bulbs. They didn't charge me for the diagnostic because the fix was simple. Great customer service. Also the waiting area is the most comfortable one I've seen at a car repair shop. Also got free coffee and soda. Will return for future work.

I've used this shop twice, good service but just tires and removed under carriage. Brought in early yesterday morning. Told down 2 techs so can I bring in am .9 am appointment next day, I did , 2pm no word, call, snippy receptionist told breaks not priority ,cars in lot 3 days ,trying to catch up, down 2 techs on vacation (sorry but why make appointment if you're behind 3 days) could have gone elsewhere. Took car back called beechcroft auto 204pm same day. Brought in, 241pm beechcroft called need front and back breaks. Gave permission to do that. 506pm, car ready !!!!!!THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT.
