Love this place, they were so amazing and will definitely go back when I have an issue with my car😁! They helped a lot! Really recommend this place if you’re in Spring Hill!!

Had my breaks, rotors, and calibers done charged me $2500. Was curious what other mechanics would charge for the same work and surprised to find out I could have gotten it done for way cheaper like $1500 cheaper. There is nothing honest about this place and I’m disgusted how you could rip someone off so much! Will never go back nor recommend this place! I am physically sick over being so ripped off by this place! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!

I am VERY pleased with my service. I have a 2003 Cobra that I do NOT trust anybody barely to touch. I have used Honest-1 through our company for years, and it was time for the Mustang to get some TLC. Not only did they do an ABSOLUTE AMAZING JOB, but they went above and beyond to take care of some things while they were already under the car. They did full suspension in the front end, rack & pinion, inner & outer tie-rods, power steering lines, all 4 Struts, alignment, oil change, and even, at my request, they tackled a high output starter that is very hard to get to, due to long tube headers. They made my 2003 ride like a Cadillac. Honest-1 is an amazing company and ran by the best team starting with Brian up front. The tech worked his butt off, I appreciate every second. Like I said I don’t trust anybody to work on this car, but from now on Honest-1 & my guy Brian are the only ones that will ever touch it from now on. Thank you guys for taking care of me!

Today was the second time we visited Honest-1 Auto. The first time I dropped the car off at 8:00 and then walked over to the dentist for an appointment that was to last for two hours and asked that my car be ready by 10. Walked back from the dentist at 10 and car was all set to go. So convenient. Today we stopped by as something hit the bottom of our car. Required a simple fix and we were out of there in no time. Worked with Brian both times and couldn't be happier. Although I have not had to use the waiting room, it's set up really nicely with play area for children along with hot and cold drinks. Would not mind waiting there at all if the need arises.

The man at the front desk was very sassy and rude with me. He tried to charge for extra services that were not performed on the vehicle until I asked further questions and the lady he worked with confirmed, without being asked, that the services were not performed. So thank you to her. Got back out to my car and the engine cover was off, the battery was dead, and there was trash in the car. He was then even more rude when I went back in and tried to blame me for not letting them know I was coming. I did let them know HOURS earlier… The only reason the second star is given is because the mechanic who came out to fix things up and charge the battery back up was very kind. Absolutely would not recommend this shop and would recommend other nearby ones over it every time.
