So I’ve used these guys a few times now. Their communication is horrendous. I brought my truck in for a full inspection and differential fluid replaced. I made an appointment early and dropped it off the day prior explaining to the gentleman what I was interested in. The next morning, The first person who called asked for details on what I wanted, the second person called and had no idea what the first person called about. Then I was told I needed an oil change - it just got one within the past month and haven’t even hit 1k miles yet - then I was told they found some leaks and should they investigate why there’s leaks. The guy on the phone said they’d have it done that day. Well closing time came and no phone call they were done. We called and someone answered saying the mechanic had already left and they had no idea what was completed but he’d call us at 7:45am the next morning. 8:30 am the guy finally called and had no mechanic. Then I got a call around 11 saying they had diagnosed the front tire with wheel bearing issues and they had no idea about the leaks from the day before. I asked if they changed the differential fluid and they said no they purposely didn’t do that, but he’d call me back after he finds out about the supposed leaks. 1 rolls around and I get a call explaining the leaks and again asked if they changed the differential fluid - again they purposely did not do it but said they would get it done today. Then nothing. No phone call, no messages no nothing. 3pm closing time and I got no phone calls letting me know if it was done or anything. They don’t open until after the holiday on Tuesday morning. I need my truck for work Monday & Tuesday and now I’m SOL. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be using them any longer.
Gina you are absolutely correct, We did not perform up to our usual standards last week. My manager was out, one of my Technicians has been home on Covid-19 protocol for w 2 weeks and I have a new person at the front desk that is in training. Staffing will be back to normal Tomorrow. I will give you a call and make sure you can pick up your truck today I apologize for the inconvenience, We will take your concerns as constructive criticism and work on our communications when are are understaffed.
