Honest 1 staff has always been kind and welcoming when I bring my vehicles in for regular maintenance. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and HONEST! I’ve had what I thought was as a problem with my vehicle. They checked it out and let me know all clear and no need for the repairs I was expecting to pay $$$$ to fix. Great service, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Recently this week I had one of our work vans break down on side of the road , we had van towed to Honest 1 and when they called me they explained everything very well told me it could be a number of issues but wanted to start with a couple of smaller issues hoping that it could only be that, they called me back and sure enough it wasn’t as bad as i anticipated thus not only making me feel better about the situation but also not trying to go all out and pushing more than what actually needed to be done , in my business and line of work I thought I was the only one who believed in that but come to find out Honest One Auto is exactly the same way !!!! I am grateful to know that , because of my initial experience now all my fleet will be done at Honest One Auto from here on out THANK YOU!!!

It is the best place to get your oil changed. Very clean and nice with drinks and snacks and comfortable chairs tv magazines/tv and very good service with a report of all services/pictures too. I dont plan on going anywhere else ever !

They were friendly, informative, and efficient. On a sidenote, waiting was a pleasure and they’re comfortable “living room “

They seem honest and knowledgeable. They have a shuttle for transportation to and/or from the shop. Labor rates are a bit higher than I like, but a very good repair center overall.

Super friendly and go above and beyond the every time.

So being new to the Spring Hill area I needed to find a service source to keep my car in a good state. I decided to try this place as it was close and seemed like a good fit. I could not be happier, the service and attention for an oil change was terrific, the place is clean and comfortable, I will be sure to have my daughter use them instead of the dealership she is now using. Very professional and very likeable, the pricing was fair and my car was returned clean and tidy. I was in and out in about 1/2 hour which really beats the dealership I used on my last oil service and way less cost. They also have window into the service area so you can see the work on your car. I could go on and on but if you are looking for a service place this is the one.
