Had an oil change yesterday at Honest 1, Spring Hill. Courteous staff and a beautiful waiting area greeted me as I entered the building. More like a doctors office than an auto shop. Talked with owner Rod and found that he was recovering from a Colorado skiing accident. He took the time to find out about me. The technician changed my oil in a timely manner and gave me a report on his 100 point inspection. I will be returning shortly to get a tune up. Highly recommend Rod and his team to anyone in the Spring Hill area that needs their car serviced. 5 stars from this satisfied customer!

Very clean, friendly, comfortable and transparent. Only place I will go for an oil change now. Beat just about every place around town as well. You won’t be able to beat the customer service

This was the first time that has been there and very nice and professional and they checked everything out and told me up front before they done anything. Very professional and curtious and I will most definitely go back.They done a great job too.

I always dread auto repairs, but as cheesy as that sounds Honest-1 in Spring Hill turned that around. I have had my van in there twice in just the first few weeks they were open and it wasn't nearly as bad as I had expected. The second time I even looked forward to it. The employees were so friendly. They were very clear about the work and pricing that needed to be done. There were no hidden or added fees when I received the bill. They also told me things that some would say needed to be done but there recommendation is that we don't do them for X reasons. If they are turning down potential money because they feel it is in my vehicle's best interest that says quite a bit to me. They were even willing to work around my tight schedule to get me in to get the work I needed. Their free shuttle service is what sealed the deal for me though. I live close to the center and they took me home after dropping off my van and then picked me up when it was finished. I didn't have to spend hours waiting around. I was able to go home and catch up on work. Waiting didn't seem like it would be too bad either though as their lobby was bright, very clean, and full of great refreshments. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be back next time I need a repair or regular maintenance.

My visit here was so great !!! Everyone was so nice, while you are there they have snacks, water, drinks, coffee a lovely wall fireplace and TV, and also free wifi and Internet. I will recommend anyone to come here.
