Jack, we are incredibly sorry that happened to you. We too find that very unprofessional and you may be glad to hear we have let go of the person responsible for doing that to your vehicle. We try to make sure our staff is as professional as possible. If something like this happens there is no excuse and we made sure this won't happen again by ensuring he will no longer be a technician at our shop. We hold our technicians to a high standard and we are sorry that you had that experience with us. We appreciate your feedback. It helps us from letting things like happen again in the future.

Eric, We are sorry that you feel you had a negative experience with us. As we explained to you before, the delay was caused by receiving the part from Mazda. We have no control on how fast they can get a part to us and we too felt it was an unacceptable amount of time on their end. It wasn't until half the problem was fixed that we discovered that there was more to the problem than we initially thought. When we first looked at your car it wasn't even running. We at least solved that problem but we want to make sure you are receiving a full finished job which is why we let you know your options. We did give you our quote for the job in addition to recommending that you go to a salvage yard to see if you can find the same part for cheaper and we even offered to do the programming for free if you found one. The likelihood that you would find the exact part you needed was somewhat slim but as it turns out, not only did you find the part, but you found one that was already programmed correctly and in perfect working condition! I would consider you very lucky for that! Its quite rare for that to happen. We are glad that you had such a lucky break! As for the prices, we charge very honestly. We understand if you are not familiar with the average costs of auto repairs. If you don't believe that, try Google searching the average cost of a brake rotor replacement. You'll find they can run almost twice the price of what we charge. We apologize that you feel your experience was not great but we are glad you had a lucky break and your car is back to normal again! If you ever are in need of services again we would always be happy to help!

Kizzah, We are sorry that you were upset with your situation. We understand that some repairs can be pricey and in your case what you believed to be a simple break issue turned out to be several larger issues. Your 2005 Yukon needed an new ABS pump. That particular part can unfortunately be very pricey. We know the frustration that comes with having to spend money on parts. Its just how repairs work. You have to pay for both parts and labor and it is something that just isn't free. We fixed the leaky brake lines but the problem wasn't solved because you refused to pay for the other half of the necessary repair to fix the problem. Brakes are a very serious component in a vehicle and driving with a brakes issue, especially with how much rust your vehicle had, is very dangerous. We strongly advise you either find someone else to fix that problem or get a new vehicle. We care about both your safety and the safety of others and hope you can find a solution.
