I love this place because my boys have a place to play and they are dang quick. I feel like they care that my little fellas don't have all the patience in the world. They don't make excuses and just get the job done well. They even left us some cookies after our last oil change! Keep that going forever please!

These guys SAVED me yesterday! My mini van literally died on Port Royal, I was able to have a few guys help push my van over to Honest Auto, and they looked at it, put it on a super battery charger and tightened a loose cable on my battery and got it up and running for me. One of the wonderful men who works there even took it for a good ride down to Kedron for me to make sure it was running safely before I got back in it to go home. What a Godsend. All this and NO charge! I’m definitely going back to Honest when any more issues come up. Thank you thank you thank you!

Had an appointment they got me right in they were very professional. When they were finished they went over the free inspection of my vehicle made recommendations from the service chart for my vehicle. I highly recommend then as they are affordable and honest.

We had a $25 off coupon for an oil change. We called beforehand to see what the price would be with the make and model of my car. They said it would be $58 after the coupon. We ended up getting charged $80 after the coupon. It’s a 2015 Toyota Avalon. Next time we will just do it at home. If you have to tell people you’re honest, you’re probably not.

I have the CarMax extended warranty on my car and went to this shop when I needed a catalytic converter and an O2 sensor. Turns out the Carmax extended warranty doesn't cover catalytic converters. I came back with a new catalytic converter so Honest-1 could put in my O2 sensor and they discovered it was going to take more time and cost more to replace than they thought because the sensor was stripped. First of all, they told me that as soon as they found out so I wasn't surprised. Secondly, the lady at the front desk called CarMax to make sure they would still cover it. The CarMax representative had an ugly attitude and balked at covering it, and then put the lady at the shop on hold for 35 minutes. The lady at the shop finally hung up and called CarMax again and got a different representative, who agreed they should cover the cost. The lady at the shop had to do a lot of extra work to get it approved and to bill it to them correctly, but went out of her way to do so and it saved me a lot of money! I would not hesitate to take my car for repairs here again.

I called to see if I could bring my car in to have very specific parts replaced. I was told the diagnostic fee was waved as I had told them what I'd like replaced. I was personally given a ride home by the owner and had a good conversation. I was quoted more for the parts than I could justify paying. I decided not to have the car repaired through them. However, Honest-1 was kind enough to let me keep my car in their parking lot for a few days. Despite the fact that I didn't have the work done through them, I greatly appreciated their professionalism and kindness. I would recommend Honest-1 for honest work, especially if you're able to afford quality work on your vehicle.

From the phone call of making the appointment to the keys being handed back to me after the job was done was so professional. I was walked through every detail of the good and not so good of my vehicle. This was just an oil change and was treated as I was buying a new vehicle. First I would like to thank Brian for the best service I have ever received from an auto repair place. He took the time to find a part for my car that nobody else was able to find. He also was able to get my car serviced the same day he got the part. They have a shuttle service that added great value for me. He also went over and above to get the part and service covered under warranty. This saved me several hundreds of dollars and I am grateful for that. I highly recommend taking your car to Honest-1. This was my first experience with them and I will definitely be taking my car back to them as needed for both service and for fixing. Thank you Honest-1 for your professionalism.
