Spring Hill Auto Repair

We have always taken our cars here because like their name implies, they are honest. Whenever my car needs a repair they are upfront with the cost and time frame. Most recently I took my car in knowing it was going to be bad news. It had been acting weird for months for multiple reasons. They confirmed this and took the time to walk me back and show me the exact issue. When I said I was thinking of a new car they were relieved. They did not want me pouring tons of money into it either. They were not pushy about it at all and for a car repair place this is unique. They could have counseled me into spending SO much money. Our dealings with them has always been like that. Car repairs can be very stressful and they are rarely good news in my experience. This place makes it a little easier.

Staff was very friendly, repairs were performed on time, and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back for routine maintenance and repairs in the future.

Honest not only in the name but in the garage too. The rep that looked at my truck, not only told me, he showed me what was wrong and what would last. Even though I didn’t get it repaired yet, I know who to call when I do.

The guys over at Honest-1 Auto Care of Spring Hill are extremely reputable. This is the first time I've used an auto mechanic around here to work on our Acadia. I have usually done any work that needed to be done back when we lived in Wisconsin and when I had a lift and tools to do so. I wasn't sure and I was nervous about trusting someone else, especially not knowing anyone who has used them, to work on our Acadia. They completely fixed our issue(s) and in a very reasonable amount of time. These are definitely stand-up people with integrity and....honesty! I 100% recommend Honest-1 Auto Care here in Spring Hill! They have most definitely earned my trust and my future business if I need it!

Our vehicle began making a noise on the interstate and this was the closest auto repair shop open. They were very kind and helped me immediately. They solved the problem quickly while my family waited in the nicest lobby I've ever seen in a repair shop. These folks are awesome.

I find it very difficult to trust anyone working on our vehicles after several bad experiences including damage to the vehicle and another well reputed place stole the jack for changing a flat. I try to repair it myself if possible, you know the old saying, if you want it done right…do it yourself. Well, the folks at Honest-1 made a very good first impression when we needed air conditioning repair. They were very busy, but in this case means they must be doing something right. I will definitely be calling on them when I need help in the future.
